Who is the Retro Game Guy?

Greetings fellow gamers, and welcome to Retro Game Guy!

My name is Ken, and video games have been a huge passion of mine ever since I was old enough to hold a controller. I’ve been gaming since the good old days of the NES.

Just as I grew older, so too has the gaming industry, from its humble beginnings into the massive multi-billion dollar powerhouse that it is today.

But as much as I like to load up my Nintendo Switch and play the newest Mario game, sometimes, the old school part of me wants to go back in time to the older games from my childhood. Nostalgia is a huge passion for me.

Now, I want to give back and ensure that others can still enjoy the games of their past too!

And so, to help fellow retro gamers find the games from their childhood, I’ve built this site. In this day and age, modern games can be easily obtained via digital downloads on the internet.

Some of us prefer old school, however, and when it comes to retro games, a physical cartridge can be harder to find. We often have to go searching around yard sales and flea markets.

The internet is an easy way to find retro gaming stuff out there, and my goal for this website is to help you find exactly what you are looking for. This site is a blog, news site, and affiliate store, all in one.

In addition to games, I may write up product reviews, guides and walkthroughs, as well as anything new that pops up in the game industry.

Feel free to check back on the site every so often. I will try to update it with as much content as I can write.

If you ever wish to leave any feedback or content suggestions, simply leave a comment in a post.

Until next time, have fun, and happy gaming!
